The Economics Department Commencement is Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 2pm in the Hearst Greek Theatre.

An informal reception will immediately follow at the Campanile Esplanade on the main campus.

The 2007 Economics Department Commencement Speaker is Thomas Sargent, Professor of Economics at New York University and Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution (Stanford, CA.

Each graduate will receive 2 free tickets. Any additional tickets will be $5 each. Children under 2 and graduating students will not need tickets.
